Unconventional Conversation
In 2019 I launched the Food Coma Podcast. Initially, I would focus on a central topic with each guest – as simple as breakfast, sandwiches, etc. – and let the conversation go where it may. In later episodes, the focus has shifted to where it really should be – on guests from all over the country. What began as a project out of my apartment has become much more, thanks to the expert production of Chris Loughran from No End Media LLC.
